Customer Experience Officer (C.E.O)

Minimum requirement:

  • Improving the Customer experience, creating engaged customers and facilitate organic growth

  • Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment

  • Taking ownership of customer's issues and following problems through to resolution

  • Formulation of policies to make a customer-centric brand

  • Training the team to go the extra mile to achieve customer delight

  • Be involved in strategic decision making

  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions

  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports

  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Experience Required:
1-3 years at any Managerial level
